    Team,
    The 2016 schedule has been finalized, as such BW race dates to organize are on the following dates: Time Trial Sunday April 24th, Crit Sunday May 15th, and Road Race Sunday 11th September.

    This is sufficient time for the races to get organize by BW, i.e.volunteers.
    I’m suggesting for the Crit and Road Race we do the same course as this year, Crit (Church St, parliament St, Church and Reid St course). Road Race ( South Shore loop).

    Response welcomed asap so the paper work can be submitted.

    Jake,
    15 May is the date of the Gran Fondo New York, which several BW riders are entered for. I’m also away at that time. Any chance of swapping for an alternate date?

    Chuckie is correct there Jake. May 15th will lower your numbers so your call.

    I do realized there is conflict, however the dates were selected by, I guess, Fiona. Neil nor I picked the dates. Support will have to come from everyone else, there is more than enough to get it done from BW. Hence the reason for getting it out early.
